Our bakery was founded by European emigrants over 100 years ago on the harsh streets of Brooklyn, New York, USA. Simona’s Cake City continues to bake cheesecakes, cakes, cannoli and tarts. The best and most original recipe is New York Cheesecake, where the basic recipe has never changed. We make several variations of the original cheesecake, which are currently very popular. Today, the 5th generation of bakers and confectioners operates in Leeds, UK, with production in Slovakia and distribution from Vienna, Austria within the European Union.
