Simona’s Cake City – Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Because we produce and sell cakes and cheesecakes that belong to the food category, they are also exempt from returns and refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
In case we do not accept any returns, we are not available to offer any refunds.
Order Change
If you want to change your order, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@simonascakecity.com, within two hours of sending the order.
Order Cancel
If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@simonascakecity.com, within two hours of sending the order.
